1. Service Definition

NFTMart (the "Service") is a web application located at https://nftm.art and its associated subdomains. The Service provides a user interface for interacting with the Hive-Engine sidechain.

2. Platform Integration

The Service operates as a frontend interface for the Hive-Engine sidechain (https://hive-engine.com). Users should understand that all transactions and operations are executed on the Hive-Engine blockchain.

3. Limited Responsibility

We function solely as an interface to the Hive-Engine market contract. We do not have control over, nor are we responsible for, the underlying market contract operations, transaction processing, or any blockchain-related functions.

4. Privacy & Data Collection

We do not collect any personally identifiable information from our users. The only data collection implemented is through our self-hosted instance of Plausible Analytics, which is GDPR compliant. 5. Service Availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Website uptime or availability
• Game availability or functionality
• Continued service provision
• Feature availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

6. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

We cannot and do not guarantee:

• The availability or functionality of the Hive Engine platform
• The accuracy of data provided by Hive Engine
• The processing of transactions on the blockchain
• The security of the underlying blockchain

7. Market Order Filtering

At the request of game operators, we reserve the right to hide market orders from users who have been determined to have violated a game's Terms of Service. While these orders may still exist on the blockchain, they will not be visible through our interface. This filtering is implemented solely at the display level and does not affect the underlying blockchain data.

8. Additional Terms

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own wallet credentials and private keys
• Users acknowledge that NFT trading carries inherent risks, and all transactions are irreversible
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred through the use of our Service
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
• We reserve the right to block access to the Service from certain jurisdictions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
